Vin 510
In March 2008 We performed a stainless steel overhaul and some other jobs needed on Vin 510. The car being just imported by Chris Parnham from New Zealand is the first know Right Hand Drive produced by Woller Hodec.
Vin 11382
The car belonging to Mark Bourne (the UK DeLorean owners club's Technical Adviser) was brought to us with stainless steel corrosion. Mark wanted to save as much as possible on the car, including the special DMC stripe, which understandably made the car very unique. It was tricky working on stainless steel in this area and trying not to damage the stickers! But when the car was finished, it looked as good as the day it was first converted!
The car today is very well maintained and like all of the right hand drive examples, are in the "right hands" with owners who know how special and unique they are.
PJ Grady Europe has worked on many of the right hand drive DeLoreans. Each and every one of them are very special, being the ‘black cars’ that the Irish workforce used for training.

This car, a Wooler Hodec right hand drive conversation. The car had lots of tainless steel blemishes removed by PJ Grady Europe and a custom finish grained into the car.
As you can see in the pictures, the cars looks fantastic. Like her closest sister VIN12179, belonging to the Hooper family, she is in very good company.

PJ Grady Europe briefly worked on this car for some stainless steel repairs some years ago.
This car being a true one of a kind…
To date, this is the only original black interior automatic right hand drive DeLorean. This car is owned by Andy Withers, who is the editor of the UK DeLorean owners club magazine.

This car was brought to us for a stainless steel restoration. As you can see, we have returned the stainless steel back to full concourse - the car looks very fresh, exactly as it did when it was first built. This car belongs to the Hooper family, who play a large and very helpful role within the UK DeLorean owners club.
This car is very well known among DeLorean owners and has a very extensive background with the Dunmurry factory. As with all the DeLoreans featured on our website, this is a Wooler Hodec car. However, as Mary Hooper stated to us, "the car was used for testing purposes at the factory", which makes this car all the more desirable.
To confirm this, when we removed some of the body panels we could clearly see the early signs of testing. The car however is very original and now looks as good as it did after the right hand drive conversion had taken place. The owners have made sure that their car is 100 percent original, as well as making sure the car is cosmetically pleasing to the eye.
A very special car, which thankfully has survived and is now with the right owners.
Vin 11382
PJ Grady Europe undertook the stainless steel restoration on VIN 12199 some time ago. This car was purchased along with VIN 11382 from David Rogers, who purchased them through Wooler Hodec.
This car now belongs to David Howarth – the UK DeLorean Owners Club treasurer - and is in the final stages of being fully restored.
The cars history is quite unique. David Rogers bought a ‘container’ full of DeLorean parts from Wooler Hodec. To his surprise, when the container had been opened, their was a partly completed DeLorean!
From various research, this has been proved to be the last right hand drive car made by Wooler Hodec.
This car stands out from other right hand drive cars that we have played a part in the restoration. This car has the best chassis and under body fixings we have seen, partly due to the fact that it was stored for so long and was unused in its life. The car still has only 3 miles showing as being tested!
The car featured a fuel flap hood, which was not meant to be on the car, and has now been changed. The car like all of the right hand drives had the rear modified tail lights fitted, and there were even traces of the original foam protecting for shipping on many of the body panels. Unfortunately the car did have stainless corrosion like VIN 11382, which was due to the storage environment.
